You can make these healthy and tasty protein bars yourself just by using some simple ingredients. You may also call it a protein banana bread. You can have these protein rich bars for afternoon snacks or a light and quick breakfast.

For the mixed seeds, I have used pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Pumpkin seeds are also commonly known as pepitas. These seeds are high in protein as well as fiber, vitamin E, Zinc, and Magnesium.

Storage

You can store these protein bars in fridge and enjoy them for up to 2 weeks. Make sure to keep them in container with lid.
