Ingredients
  

  • 3 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven on 180 ℃ / 350℉.
    Line a cake pan with baking paper / parchment paper. Then spray some oil to make it non-sticky.
  • Peel all apples with a peeler.

  • Then slice the apples into thin pieces.
  • Take a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, baking powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Then mix well.

  • Now add milk and oat flour and then mix thoroughly.

  • It's now time to add the apple slices to the batter combining nicely.

  • Make sure all apple slices are coated well. Then, transfer the batter into the cake pan.
    Slightly press or adjusts the apple slices into the pan so it is spread evenly.
  • Bake the cinnamon cake for 40 to 45 minutes or until they turn nice and golden on the edges.
    To check if it's ready by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean then your cake ready. Otherwise, bake a few more minutes.
  • Take the cake out of the oven. Transfer it to a wire rack to completely cool down.
    Now cut the cake into a desired number of pieces. Serve it with yogurt on top if you prefer.
