- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

- First, preheat your oven on 180 ℃ / 350℉. Line a cake pan with baking paper / parchment paper. Then spray some oil to make it non-sticky.
- Peel all apples with a peeler.3 apples
- Then slice the apples into thin pieces.
- Take a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, baking powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Then mix well.2 eggs, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- Now add milk and oat flour and then mix thoroughly.1 cup oat milk, 1 cup oat flour
- It's now time to add the apple slices to the batter combining nicely.3 apples
- Make sure all apple slices are coated well. Then, transfer the batter into the cake pan.Slightly press or adjusts the apple slices into the pan so it is spread evenly.
- Bake the cinnamon cake for 40 to 45 minutes or until they turn nice and golden on the edges. To check if it's ready by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean then your cake ready. Otherwise, bake a few more minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven. Transfer it to a wire rack to completely cool down.Now cut the cake into a desired number of pieces. Serve it with yogurt on top if you prefer.Enjoy cinnamon cake with your morning or afternoon black coffee.
